China US Dollar Leaders' Meeting in Beijing Jointly draw a new blueprint for the development of China US relations

In early summer, Beijing attracts global attention. This is the first handshake between China and the United States since the Busan summit in October last year, and it is also the first time in 9 years that Beijing has witnessed this important moment of crossing the Pacific Ocean. At the welcome ceremony, the military band played "Handshake Across the Ocean" to witness an important moment in China US relations with its melodious melody.

During this meeting, the two heads of state attended welcoming ceremonies, formal talks, a walk at the Temple of Heaven, a welcome dinner, and other activities, spending over 5 hours together to exchange in-depth views on major issues related to China US relations and world peace and development. 

During the talks, the two heads of state reached an important consensus and agreed to establish a "constructive strategic stable relationship" between China and the United States as a new positioning for the relationship, providing strategic guidance for the next three years and even longer.

Economic and trade cooperation is an important cornerstone of China US relations.  The day before, the China US economic and trade teams held consultations in South Korea and achieved overall balanced and positive results. Both sides agreed to jointly maintain this good momentum.

The recent meeting between the heads of state of China and the United States in Beijing has reached a series of important consensuses, sending a positive signal of peace, stability, and cooperation. Although the China US relationship still faces uncertainty, as long as both sides uphold the positioning of a constructive strategic and stable relationship, work together in a candid manner, they will surely create a better future for China US relations and inject more certainty into the world.
